In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives, providing tailored advice and solutions that align with Shariah principles. You'll leverage your knowledge of Islamic finance instruments, such as sukuk, murabaha, and istisna, to develop innovative and sustainable financial products. Your daily work will involve conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and staying up-to-date with regulatory changes to provide expert guidance to clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on Shariah-compliant financial products and services to clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the Islamic finance sector.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with Shariah principles.
• Assist clients in navigating regulatory requirements and compliance issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Islamic finance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of financial solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate financial insights and recommendations to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Islamic Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Islamic Finance (e.g., CFA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Islamic finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Shariah principles and Islamic finance instruments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, or Refinitiv.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
