Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for various construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that estimates align with project requirements and budget constraints. Based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, contributing to the success of our growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects using software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to develop realistic and commercially viable cost estimates.
• Monitor project budgets and costs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to project costs.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to update stakeholders on project costs and financial performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Participate in site inspections and surveys to verify project progress and costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
