Operations & Maintenance Manager

As an Operations & Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our operations. You will work closely with our team to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that our facilities run at optimal levels.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of production facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in operations.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor a team of operators and maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance management in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining production facilities, including machinery and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
