We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Payroll Specialist to join our team in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process payroll for a diverse range of employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, tax details, and benefits.,Prepare and submit payroll reports, including tax forms and other required documentation.,Assist in the preparation of annual bonus and year-end closing processes.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues promptly and professionally.,Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth payroll operations and employee satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance payroll knowledge and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international payroll laws and regulations.,Proficient in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).,Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
