Genie Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our POS (Point of Sale) systems. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and to resolve any technical issues that may arise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for POS systems to ensure smooth operation,Work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide solutions,Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address any potential issues,Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices for future reference,Stay up-to-date with the latest POS technologies and industry trends,Train and mentor junior technical support staff as needed,Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize technical improvements,Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or a related role, with a focus on POS systems,Strong knowledge of POS systems and related technologies, including hardware, software, and networking,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams,Fluency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with remote support tools and technologies,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus
