📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and HRIS systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
