📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Managing production schedules and ensuring timely completion of orders.,Conducting quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Maintaining accurate production records and reports.,Collaborating with the team to improve production efficiency and output.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assisting in the training and development of new team members.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of quality control and assurance processes.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the manufacturing industry.,Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
