Pekat is seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Executive to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sourcing and procurement, with a strong Mandarin language skill preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in procurement and be able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process, including supplier identification, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and control procurement spend.
  • Liaise with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide procurement-related training to staff as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement.
  • Strong Mandarin language skills (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven track record in procurement and supplier management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
