Pharmacy Sales Representative - Surabaya, East Java

PT Kita Bersatu Jadi Rejeki is seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our team in Surabaya. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector by promoting and selling pharmaceutical products in the Tuban and Bojonegoro regions. As a Pharmacy Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring our products reach those who need them most.

In this role, you will be responsible for visiting pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics to demonstrate our products, answer customer inquiries, and negotiate sales. You will use our proprietary CRM system, Salesforce, to track your activities and performance. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of IDR 3,000,000 - 4,500,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and promote pharmaceutical products in pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics in Tuban and Bojonegoro regions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Demonstrate products and provide information to healthcare professionals
• Negotiate sales and close deals with potential customers
• Track and report sales performance using Salesforce
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive products

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken)
