📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring partners.,Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to ensure we are hiring the right people for the right roles.,Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in recruiting top talent.,Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to identify and attract top talent.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring partners.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
