📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervise and manage a team of data entry staff, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in data processing.,Develop and implement data entry procedures and standards to maintain consistency and accuracy.,Monitor and analyze data entry performance, providing feedback and support to team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data management and security.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and integration.,Train and mentor new team members to ensure they are up to speed with company data entry standards and procedures.,Maintain and update company databases and systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.,Resolve data-related issues and conflicts, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related field.,Proven experience in supervising and managing a team of data entry staff.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.,Experience with database management systems (DBMS) is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.,Familiarity with data security and confidentiality protocols.
