📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks and projects.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
