Place Royal Abadi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, operated, and utilized efficiently. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is ready to take on the challenges and responsibilities of this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.,Collaborate with the procurement team to source and negotiate contracts for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
