📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all HVAC operations in Malaysia, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand market presence and increase market share.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with regional and international teams to ensure seamless coordination and growth.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of successful business development and market expansion.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively.
