📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Assist in the preparation of food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and light meals
• Maintain a clean and organized café, including cleaning equipment, tables, and restrooms
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly and professionally
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and hygiene practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or customer service role, preferably in a tropical or high-energy environment
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
