📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the branch is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue and profitability.,Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that arise in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects, contributing to the overall success of Nusantara Transport.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with transportation and logistics operations, including fleet management, route planning, and scheduling.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to travel as required to visit customers and attend meetings.
