📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns using platforms like CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, and ShareASale.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Negotiate and manage affiliate partnerships to ensure maximum ROI.
Create and distribute promotional materials, including banners, links, and email campaigns.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
Provide training and support to internal teams on affiliate marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs.
