This position offers the flexibility to work from the stunning locations of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue accounts, negotiating payment terms, and ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Utilizing tools such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Zoho, you will work closely with the finance team to maintain a healthy cash flow and improve client satisfaction. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections, you will bring a strategic and proactive approach to this position.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and recover overdue accounts through phone, email, and in-person visits
- Negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes with clients
- Process and record all financial transactions using QuickBooks and Salesforce
- Generate and analyze reports to track collection performance and identify trends
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial records
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Stay updated on industry best practices and compliance regulations
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections
- Proven track record of successful collections and improved cash flow
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Zoho
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
