As an Accounting Assistant/Staff at Verlin Konstrukt Inc., you will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including reconciling bank statements, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. You will also support the Finance Manager in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Process and reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely disbursements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Support the Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare and submit tax-related documents and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for audits.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial administration.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
