PT Tunas Putra is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is an urgent position, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and making recommendations for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations,Conduct training needs analysis to identify the skills and knowledge gaps of our employees,Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development,Work closely with other departments to ensure that our training programs are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company,Provide training and development support to new hires and promote a culture of continuous learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Previous experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
