📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.,Convert leads into sales by providing information and addressing customer inquiries.,Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and market developments.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Proactive and results-driven attitude.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
