📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.,Write user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials.,Create and maintain technical diagrams, charts, and graphs to support documentation.,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide feedback on documentation to improve usability and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a clear and concise writing style.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Understanding of software development processes and terminology.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareAdobe FrameMakerConfluence).Markdown and HTML knowledge.Experience with version control systems (e.g.Git).Understanding of API documentation.Ability to create and maintain style guides and templates.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
