📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's inventory system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular inventory audits and physical counts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.,Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.,Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff to ensure the continued success of the inventory management system.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
