📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new sales leads and business opportunities,Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans,Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the logistics and freight services industry,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics and freight services industry,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian
