📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's purchasing processes and procedures.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide regular reports and updates on purchasing activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Good understanding of supply chain management principles.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
