📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and applications.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with common IT security protocols and data backup systems.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common productivity tools.
