📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and decorations.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all events run smoothly and according to schedule.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their needs are met throughout the event.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, including tables, chairs, and decorations.,Help with the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and documentation.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of event strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a banquet or catering setting.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for event transportation.
