📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan and oversee drilling operations, including well design, drilling fluids, and casing programs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor and optimize drilling performance to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to drilling personnel.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of drilling operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance drilling processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in drilling operations.
  • Strong knowledge of drilling fluids, well control, and casing programs.
  • Familiarity with API and ISO standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
