Link One Lestari is looking for a dedicated Deputy Banquet Staff to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services. As a Deputy Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Banquet Manager in organizing and executing various events and functions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and organization of banquets, conferences, and other events.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the successful execution of events.,Manage event logistics including venue setup, catering, and guest accommodations.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Ensure that all event guests are treated with the highest level of hospitality and service.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and documentation.,Support the Banquet Manager in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Maintain a clean and organized event space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
