📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are in good working condition.,Stock and manage inventory, including fresh produce, meats, and other ingredients.,Prepare food safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in shift rotations and cover for the Head Chef when necessary.,Help with special events, catering, and other restaurant functions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene practices.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects with ease.
